“This is a fantastic Ghee A lot of product for your money and finishes just about ANY dish beautifully. Theres a tendency, in other Ghees that Ive tried, to have an acidic after taste, but its thankfully absent in this one. If you want a fat that you can cook on high heat, with a buttery end product, then this should your go to”
