“First class beautiful goodness. I used to avoid all dairy but would get abdominal ‘flare ups’ repeatedly. Since I started taking this ghee (and this one specifically-as it tastes phenomenally better than the other brand I tried!)- my appetite and body has been satiated and feel I’m less inflamed overall. “I was so excited when as a non dairy eater I was told by an Ayurvedic dr that this beautiful ghee has no dairy as the milk solids have been extracted by a long process - it is so good for you and tastes wonderful, just a tiny bit adds so much flavour! Delicious!”
