“I lived in India for a short while and was used to eating Ghee as part of a stable diet. This Ghee tastes and looks like the Ghee I had in India all those years ago! It is clear and has a rich yellow colour. Being in a jar with a lid it is easier to store than a tin. It has the rich taste of Ghee, not creamy like most English butters, but like pure butter with a slight undertone of caramel. I use very little as I seem to require very little to achieve what I want. I cook with it and use it in puddings or crumbles or many other ways that it feels right.”
