“I do contunue to love this herb, the tea is truly wonderful in taste, sweet with a hint if rich tea biscute to it. The effects are really nourishing, grounding, calming but also energising in a gentle way.”

“Watching the tea leaves unfurling in hot water is part of the joy of my tea ritual. I mix this tea with Siberian Ginseng and Licorice Root or just on its own sometimes. A little goes a long way.”
