“I enjoy the experience of drinking moon dust before bed and I think it helps me into a deeper sleep, but it hasn't helped me to get back to sleep more reliably when i wake at 3.00 am. Definitely worth a try though and the quality of Na'vi products is always excellent.”

“I have purchased chahga and reishi along with the moon dust and I must say every product is amazing from keeping me feeling healthy and my immune system stronger. The moon dust has really helped me keep in a deep sleep instesd of waking up during the night so will definitely be repurchasing!”

“This stuff really works. I have a teaspoon in warm milk before bed. It switches off my nervous system and when I wake up the following morning I feel deeply rested without any residual side effects. “Must say earthy taste not too unpleasant but takes a bit of getting used to. Not sure how effective it’s been for me but only tried a few times as taste putting my off a bit will keep at it”
