I use a generous teaspoon in a mug. Easy to make and tasty, lasts ages too. Will have a permanent place in my fridge now

This is one of my staples. Best miso ever!!!! I have a dehydrator so put it in all kind of goodies in there too but love it to drink sometimes with a little turmeric, salt ( also Nav'i) and some pepper...yum
