“It's so much nicer than some organic pasteurised white miso I bought. I'll use that up in soups or stews where it can't get further damaged.This one has a much nicer taste and I don't heat it - either putting it in a raw sauce or dressing, or adding it at the end to a pot of soup or stew that has cooled to nicely warm. I actually think the better taste is related to the fact that it is a living food. Our taste buds do their best to get us to the healthiest foods.”

“I have tried many types of miso and in my opinion this is the best: full flavoured, not too salty, unpasteurised. It is very similar to the discontinued unpasteurised miso that used to be available in health food shops. Fast delivery in eco packaging.”
