“At the expense of saying another daily I will!! Blue green algae important for a multitude of healthy factors and this one is pure pure. Put it in a smoothie to limit the effect of algae if you like but I also put it in my raw cookies which then take on a weird charcoal blue colour...kind of psychedelic and I love that.”
