“Have been using Jiaogulan for several days now and starting to notice a positive difference.New users like myself, need to be aware, that for the first few days, it might leave you questioning whether to continue, but after day 2, I picked up and have felt so much better.Because this product, amongst its other great qualities, is also a powerful adaptogen, which means it has a balancing effect upon the systems of the body, so where there is excess, it will cool down .. and where there are insufficiencies it will energise and enhance , so the immediate effect it will have, is going to be addressing any imbalance within the body and also start to remove toxins. This may leave you feeling a little rough around the edges for the first few days, but does improve after, so try to persist and you will soon realise the great benefits of this wonderful herb, which is unique in so many ways.My advice would be to drink plenty of water for the first few days especially, to flush out the toxins.The product arrived in good time and was packaged to the highest standard, you can see straight away that you are holding in your hands a good product with the added bonus of being Organic as well.Will definitely be ordering more from NAVI and very happy indeed with both the product and also the service.”

“I have seen a few reviews about pieces sent being too large, but I wanted a large piece rather than lots of small pieces sooooo I asked, and sure enough cant remember how long but very quickly, I received one massive lump of the stuff, I knew what it was before I even picked up the package, I could smell what it was, even though it was extremely well packed I could smell it clear as day. So I received a beautiful calmly curved piece that was spot on the right weight and fits into my hand like I had carved it that way, it is very pretty wood with all the lines and curves, almost too pretty to burn, almost. So seriously very very happy, I am going to order a second piece because I am greedy and love the stuff, its great quality, great value, fast delivery and they gave me one lump/stick which is what I asked for. Absolutely no complaints, at all . . . . nope cant think of any”
