“Having read about this supplement, it is supposed tro bring various health benefits. I have taken this for about a year, and I have not noticed that it does anything to restore gray hairs...However, it does feel like it "grounds" one, and brings subtle energy and calmness. I enjoy adding it to hot drinks.”
