“This probably deserves 5 stars, but I haven't taken it long enough to assess its impact on my health. It tastes as panax ginseng should, and for those new to it, the taste is reasonably strong. I take 1/4-1/2 tsp at a time, otherwise the taste is too strong. As with all adaptogens, I'm interested in its hormone balancing potential. I've been using it before bed to lower adrenaline to help with better sleep. It seems to help a lot. Worth a try...”

“Of all the ginseng products I have tried, this one by Na'vi is by far, and easily ascertained to be, the best. From a male perspective there are noticeable positive effects which I cannot say for other ginseng products I have tried being sold as 'high strength' or otherwise. I would not waste my money on anything else other than this Na'vi product. It is legit and worth the premium over inferior ginseng products. I put a half teaspoon in my smoothy 3 times a week and take regular breaks to not overdo it.”
