“Don't really know if it helps with the workouts honestly,however it blends perfectly with water,does not mess up my digestion and the taste makes me feel this stuff is potent in relation to previous extraxts I've tried.”

“The product arrived quickly and very well packaged. The only problem I have with it is the taste! I'm not very good at taking strongly flavoured supplements so I always look for the best thing to disguise the taste. For this product, I've found that oxtail soup does the job (if you're not a vegetarian). The mushroom powder dissolves nicely in a small cup and it covers up the taste perfectly.”
