“I’m only a few weeks in taking 1g of Cordyceps daily and have already noticed an improvement with my gym workout, both stamina and strength. I’m now adding them daily to Chaga and Lions Mane in my protein shakes. Love our Fantastic Fungi and Navi products”

“When it comes to plant extracts, quality seems to be pivotal; if the quality isn't there, then nothing happens. I've been using cordyceps for improved energy, and I was pretty desperate due to intense fatigue symptoms. I noticed an improvement on the first day after taking several doses. If you have mitochondrial dysfunction, then this mushroom can improve ATP production and lift energy levels. I don't think it will cure the issue, but it will alleviate symptoms while I work in other ways to get better.”
