“When it comes to plant extracts, quality seems to be pivotal; if the quality isn't there, then nothing happens. I've been using cordyceps for improved energy, and I was pretty desperate due to intense fatigue symptoms. I noticed an improvement on the first day after taking several doses. If you have mitochondrial dysfunction, then this mushroom can improve ATP production and lift energy levels. I don't think it will cure the issue, but it will alleviate symptoms while I work in other ways to get better.”
