“These make a wonderfully wholesome butter - my toddler’s favourite! We struggled to eat the skins so used to discard them, but given their special benefits, keeping the skin on when making butter helps us get all the nutrients in a delicious way! Thank you!”

“I have recently been diagnosed with MCAS and have really been struggling with food. Upon a recommendation from an MCAS blog, I ventured to try and find Baru Nuts - wich I had never heard of - as I was in desperate need for a snack. Not only can my body tolerate these, they are also DELICIOUS! Will be buying more of these. I enjoy the salted ones as a snack and have these in my homemade cereal for breakfast.”
