“I have recently been diagnosed with MCAS and have really been struggling with food. Upon a recommendation from an MCAS blog, I ventured to try and find Baru Nuts - wich I had never heard of - as I was in desperate need for a snack. Not only can my body tolerate these, they are also DELICIOUS! Will be buying more of these.”

“my husband and I absoloutely love these Baru nuts - we had several orders they are very crunchy, tasty, and with the good sea salt, make a great addition to any salad, or energy snack only need a small hand full of the Baru nuts to feel satisfied, plus excelent nutrition and quality in the bag too”
