“I have tired a couple of brands and Navi's is SO MUCH BETTER. I've bought 2 as gifts and 2 for myself. I take 1/2 teaspoon in cacao & hot milk/water early evening and my sleep has been incredible. Falling asleep faster, depth of sleep better and more time in REM/Deep sleep with fewer to no wake ups.”

“I can recommend this product as it is very powerful, it can reduce stress significantly. The only thing I don't like is the form - which is the powder, it is hard to dissolve in water. It is better to sprinkle on some food which really limits the use of it. The texture is similar to turmeric in water, or even worse, that you can feel in your trout once swallowed. Not pleasurable but the product itself is good, I think the capsules form would be better.”

“First time consuming adaptogenic mushroom tea daily and I must say, I won't be stopping any time soon. I have noticed a significant difference in calming my nervous system down and helping me think more clearly and calmly.
