“This comes in a lovely bottle that looks great and ensures you don’t dispense too much at once. I tried it on buckwheat noodles on its own and it has such a deep umami complex flavour. It is a live food unlike standard tamari so very good for the gut. The quality makes it good value for money and I will use this to finish off dishes rather than cooking with it to maximise the health benefits. It will be lovely used to finish off vegetables or as a salad dressing”
