“Got the sample and it was great so ordered the large tube, however the product in this seemed completely different, gritty like liquid sandpaper. Unusable and not a simple process to get it refunded or replaced”

Very occasionally, in natural formulations, ingredients may separate out, which can affect the texture. This isn’t typical, and we’d love to investigate further.
