“Not sure if I got a bad batch, but I got two of these because I love aloe vera, and they both have a rancid smell, like if they had been opened for a long time now. It's a shame, I won't be using them :(”

Oh no, that sounds really disappointing, especially when you’d stocked up because you love aloe vera. I’m really sorry your serums arrived with a rancid smell, that’s absolutely not how they should be. We haven’t had any other reports of this batch smelling rancid, and scent can be quite a subjective thing, but of course it still shouldn’t seem “off” to you.
