“This is essential, I literally won‚Äôt venture out in this hot weather without an SPF 30 at least. I only wish I‚Äôd always taken such care, damage from the sun is irreversible, whatever anyone says! Mitigating further damage and staying as safe as possible is now my focus and we should all be teaching small children this at school. Having a great quality SPF30 which is easy to use and isn‚Äôt too obvious, is a must for everyone, regardless of age or gender.. also for when the Sun is not out!”
