“lovely gentle cleanser”

“I was really excited to try this but it has disappointed me. I have sensitive skin, and this irritates and breaks me out. Also, it doesn't work the way the instructions tell you to use it. I have to wet my face, apply the cleanser to a cotton wool pad, and swipe it over my face, then rinse it all off. That's the only way I could get it to shift the makeup and dirt.”
