It has good consistency and is easy to spread. Although I would not buy it again. It's too oily for my oily skin. Even if I use the powder, I feel like my skin is not breathing underneath. Dry and norma skins might like it much better than me.

I don't usually like wearing sunscreen (and if I do, I can't wait to wash it off!), but my facial skin has become much more sensitive as I've got older, so I decided to give this a go as I already wear Inika loose mineral foundation and love it. I also don't often leave reviews as we are all so different in our likes and preferences and skin tolerances, but I have found this sunscreen so far to be brilliant. It sinks in nicely to my skin and feels silky (not greasy), it is gentle but effective, and it is a perfect base for the powder.

Bets suncream ever and 100% natural - the best! Works also very well under the serum foundation!

Purchased this through a recommendation from someone I follow on Instagram. I’ve recently made some ‘clean’ changes to my diet and wanted to do the same with my skincare, I would normally use La Roche Posay. Unfortunately on the evening of the first day of wearing this sunscreen, I found myself rubbing my eyes due to tiredness and very quickly had to jump in the shower to wash my face because my eyes started stinging quite badly, which surprised me considering the ingredients are meant to be kinder and more natural? I tried it for a couple more days as I didn’t want to waste it after spending over £30 on it, but then found that the skin around my eyes had gone extremely dry, possibly a reaction, so I have now had to revert back to my original SPF.

Thanks for sharing your experience, and we’re really sorry to hear that this sunscreen didn’t work out for you. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been, especially after making the switch to more natural skincare. Although natural ingredients are generally gentler, some formulations can still cause sensitivity depending on individual skin types. It’s possible that you may have had an allergic reaction to one of the nut or botanical oils in the formula, which can sometimes be a trigger for certain skin types. We really appreciate you giving it a fair try, and we’ll be sure to pass your feedback along to the brand. If you’d like any help finding an alternative that might be better suited for sensitive skin, let us know—we’d be happy to assist! MyPure HQ
