“Didn't like it, made my eyelashes clumpy, one layer doesn't look good, but two layers makes it clumpy”

Mascara performance can be quite individual, and natural formulas can be more sensitive to factors such as lash type, how quickly layers are built up, and even environmental conditions like low humidity, which can cause the product to set more quickly and clump. “Cannot rate the mascara as it has not been used yet but the feedback doesn't allow for no rating so I have selected "O" as a default response. So maybe this is something to include in the feedback review”
