“Good build quality, simple to operate, working well to date (worth the extra couple of clicks off the Amazon website which seemed to be full of re-sellers punting re-badged 'made in China' heaters of questionable quality - I was willing to pay a premium for better quality/ safety/ reliability; 'UK made' a bonus if it met those criteria; however buying direct - which included free delivery - actually matched the Amazon prices so an easy decision)”
