“Cannot fault the service I received from My Carry Potty. Disappointed to receive my first potty with a broken clasp, but a few photos to customer services and they’d sent a replacement the following day. I offered to return the faulty one but was advised to take it to my local recycling centre so there wasn’t any further cost to me. The potty itself is appealing to my two year old who chose the penguin design. We made a big fuss about its arrival and she’d sat on it within ten minutes! Anything that helps to make potty training easier gets a big yes from me! The replacement potty has a good secure locking closure so will be ideal on the go. Highly recommended and thank you again for your fantastic service”
