I am sorry to hear your little one is uncomfortable on our potty. We don't offer any padding as our potty was designed specifically with little ones in mind to be able to sit comfortably.
The My Carry Potty has been used by millions of children worldwide and the design was developed with a child's use in mind and their comfort when using this. However, use will always depend on your child, how comfortable they feel sitting on the potty.
It could be a good idea to let your little one get used to using the potty they is feeling comfortable on first, especially if they have just started potty training, it's an entirely new milestone.
Create a distraction box of little toys and bubbles and try them on the My Carry Potty again if you wish to, to help them feel relaxed.
