The penguin design is lovely and the potty is small and easy to take out and about. I messed up with ordering and customer service was fantastic. “After purchasing the Penguin My Carry Potty on Amazon we’d been using it a lot for around 4 months. Unfortunately we had an issue with the clasp which closes it shearing off so it no longer stayed closed. I contacted My Carry Potty through Amazon returns and the customer service was absolutely brilliant. Katie was quick at responding, used common sense when dealing with the situation and sent us another potty no questions asked. The whole process from registering the query to receiving the new potty only took a few days. They even let us keep the old potty which now stays at nursery so we’ve in fact got 2 potties! In an age where customer service is often pretty dismal I was so impressed with how this was dealt with. It’s also an excellent product which has saved us a lot of hassle on countless occasions.
