“The toilet training seat as such a lovely item, however the underside is very difficult to clean, with rather a lot of small gaps between plastic areas, that allow urine in but don’t allow for easy cleaning. Meaning after just a few uses the item has a smell I can’t get rid of, (the item has been cleaned as best I can with each use and has also had a disinfectant soak)
I would like to see my carry potty come back with a redesign of the underside of the training seat to avoid this as little boys and girls are going to get wee everywhere they shouldn’t whilst learning.
For an item that is a much higher cost than other items for the same thing on the market I would have expected a better design process to have been thought through.
The stool has no issues and is a great matching addition.”

We are sorry to hear you are having issues with cleaning the item, I can see you ordered the Dino trainer seat and step stool. I am unsure how wee is getting trapped inside as there aren't any enclosed areas of the trainer seat.
