An Tag 5 war das Ersatzset immer noch nicht versendet, daher habe ich von meinen Rücktrittsrecht Gebrauch gemacht. Bei dem Preis hätte ich mir einen besseren Service erwartet und nicht ewiges Herumschreiben mit einem Chatbot.”
“The test was easy and I got frequent updates about when the sample was arrived at the lab, analysed etc. However, I was a bit disappointed with the reporting of the results. It was mainly about which bacteria were low or high in your system under which categoria, and in which categoria there is room for improvement (which doesn't really tell much to the average person). There was not much insight on how to affect these levels. There appeared to be no link between my test results and the recommendations that I got - the recommendations were more general-level recommendations on healthy diet and lifestyle. So overall the test was ok, but for this price I was expecting to get some actionable insight and personalised recommendations based on my results.”
“This is the first time that my wife and I have used a microbiome testing service and I was interested to learn about the state of my gut health. The results were enlightening, although not entirely clear what they meant. The health score out of 9 in the dashboard was confusing and there was no explanation about what it meant. It was only be comparing our two results that we figured out what it was telling us. I was slightly disappointed in the explanations and recomendations, which appeared to be generic, not very personalised and very high level, providing little meaningful information about what to do with these results. Nonetheless, the service was quick and effecient and I plan to repeat the test in 6 months.”
