The report provides a lot of data and probabilities, but many of the conclusions feel speculative rather than clinically useful. Some of the results did not seem to match my real-life situation, which made it difficult to know what to trust. Without proper medical context, the information can easily be misinterpreted, and it really requires follow-up with a qualified doctor to make sense of it.
The only truly unique part of the test is the microbiome breakdown, as this is not something typically offered by a GP. However, beyond that, much of the report outlines possible risks or associations rather than giving clear answers or personalised medical guidance.
Considering the high price, I expected more concrete and actionable insight. In my opinion, it is better to consult your doctor and undergo appropriate medical testing first. This test may be interesting from a curiosity perspective, but it should not replace professional medical advice, and its value is limited without proper clinical follow-up.”
