Man weiß nicht, wie lange man bis zum Testergebnis warten muss und bevor ich das Ergebnis bekommen habe, bekam ich diese Bewertung. Ich kann also zum Testergebnis nichts sagen. Meine Anfragen an das Team hinsichtlich der Fragen wurden eher belehrend als einsichtig und lösungsorientiert abgehandelt. Für mich wirkt das leider nicht rund und man kann von keiner guten Customer Journey sprechen.”
