“The personalising of the gift box was an added cost but thought it would be worth it. Whilst the writing itself was fine there were black ink smudges on the box which is Tiffanny blue so really stood out and looked awful. The hope was that the box could be used as a future keepsake box but not sure my daughter would want it on show due to the smudges.”
