“The colour is lovely & the personalisation gives it a luxurious feel. I was disappointed that the box I chose (free) was actually the delivery box & not suitable for a keepsake. A previous order came with an outer box, allowing the First Years box to be free of postage & kept to present the gift. I would therefore recommend the extra cost for a gift box.”
