“DO NOT buy this set if you want a baby pink dressing gown. It is a dirty grey/pink colour like you have washed it in with a load of darks. The elephant on the other hand is absolutely gorgeous and you can buy it on 1st years site separately. I contacted customer service and was told if I wanted a refund I would have to 1/ pay the return costs and 2/ would only receive a site credit and not a refund. I stated it's not pink as advertised. Advisor told me that consumers rights wouldn't apply as differences in colours stated doesn't apply. Absolutely shocking! I asked if I could only return the dressing gown and keep the personilised teddy as it was for a gift for new born baby. Customer services said no I had to return both parts and then re-order personilised elephant. I also asked numerous times to speak to a manager as I felt that was crazy as I already had the item but the customer service advisor either didn't ask for one or manager or the manager said wasn't interested. This was all done over chat onsite if anyone wants proof of conversation”
