“Turned up damaged! The personalisation hasn’t been finished correctly which has lead to it undoing. The bag is shown as white in the photos and has turned up looking dirty grey. When I contacted customer service it was said it was down to my phone quality. Poor response if you ask me. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.”
