“This was an amazing gift. The box came bashed which made it not as special as it would have been. Easy ordering process, came within a reasonable time scale and it was actually nicer than I expected it to be it came nicely wrapped with the gift card inside.”

“Absolutely outstanding quality and presentation. My only complaint is we paid for the baby’s name to be printed. It was on the elephant but not in the book which would have been nice. But other than that everything was spot on”

“Lovely toys and helpful customer care team, however every time I order with them there is something wrong with what is delivered, despite the order being placed correctly. This time I ordered 2 sets for two little girls, each personalised with a different name, so it was clear they would go to different kids, and both sets were sent in the same, sealed, box (despite me requesting two boxes while ordering, as there was the option on their website), which I had to open to unpack one set. The box was also damaged and not usable for a gift, this might be the delivery company's fault, but still the team should probably pack the items and box differently to avoid the risk of damage. Customer service promptly sent two new boxes in the mail the next day.”
