“I have recently purchased one of your gift kits from the website, including a towel, a bunny, and a blanket, all personalised with my friend’s baby’s name.
I would like to start by saying that the products themselves are lovely—soft, beautifully made, and clearly of high quality. I’m very happy with the materials and overall finish.
However, I did notice that the embroidered names on each item use completely different fonts. Unfortunately, this makes the set look a bit mismatched rather than like a cohesive, personalised kit. I had assumed the embroidery would follow the same style across all the items, and I believe this would have made the gift feel much more special and consistent.
I just wanted to share this feedback as a suggestion for the future, in case it’s possible to offer matching fonts for kits like these. I would definitely consider purchasing again if this option were available.”

“I've bought multiple gift boxes for the numerous babies of friends and family with no problems at all. However this last time September 2024 I had awful trouble, not with the company but with those that deliver Evri. I received a blank picture from the to tell me it had been delivered when in fact it hadn't. I was furious. I paid for next day delivery also which again was a waste of time. I will think long and hard before ordering again but only because of the delivery agent. I did receive a replacement which arrived promptly but took away the element of surprise I was hoping for as I had to ask if it had arrived.”
“A little disappointed (unusual for My 1st years) in the pink set of Baby blanket, towel and soft rabbit - all personalised with baby's name. Pinks were all quite different and the towel wasn't an attractive shade of pink. Also the embroidered name on each item was a different font and colour which made the whole set look odd.
We payed extra for the gift box to be personalised and the exterior was damaged in transit, which is again unusual for this company, who generally package well. It was therefore pointless keeping the gift box for anything. We bought the same set in blue in a different order, which was perfect and well received.
We couldn't complain or return the pink set as it didnt arrive in time for us to exchange/complain or purchase anything else for our gift.”
