“I have always used 1st years for every new born purchase within my family. I have never ever been dissapointed and in fact rave about it to anyone and everyone. However this time, I was making a hamper for a friend and the box came torn as if it was forced shut, I expected this would have been seen at the point of packing and it should have been replaced. It was too close to the deadline to return and it was personalised and nothing I could do. I was not happy.”

“The products were gorgeous and writing was excellent however they forgot to put in the card I had written so my friends didn’t know who sent it so that was disappointing”
