“I purchased a personalised robe on sale for £25 with delivery. The purchase came with a free gift box which I was excited for. On arrival, the box was slightly damaged and had a tear in the corner and the quality of the robe doesn’t seem too great. I’ve purchased personalised robes for half the price on Etsy before which were amazing quality so I’m quite disappointed. It seems like these robes were possibly only put on sale due to the quality of them. I would have returned it if I hadn’t personalised it. Not worth the price in my opinion…”
