“I searched online for a personalised silver bracelet, I know my 1st years is a trusted site so I proceeded on clicking onto the picture shown on Google. I typed the name in and ordered it… £80+ later and this beautiful bracelet arrived. I couldn’t see the silver 925 mark and was confused so I went online and read the description for it to say silver plated ….. I guess it’s my fault but just really annoyed that it was the first thing to pop up on Google when I typed silver bracelet. I could have got an actual silver bracelet for half of the price personalised else where … I’ve definitely learnt to ready descriptions but come onnnn £80+ for sterling silver ?!”
Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear you were disappointed and completely understand your frustration. We always aim to be transparent with our product descriptions, and the bracelet is stated as silver plated on the product page. That said, we appreciate how easy it is to miss details when ordering through third-party search results, and we’ll review how our listings appear to help avoid this kind of confusion in the future.
Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we’re sorry this experience didn’t meet your expectations.
Best regards, Aleksandra, Management Team, My 1st Years

“I am in love with my recent purchase of the silver engraved baby keepsake bangle for my daughters 1st birthday.
It was super easy to personalise on the website too.
It’s absolutely gorgeous! So glad I went for it.”
