“I wasn’t happy with the text on the bag it was liated on the .com website as embroidered and it was an iron on transfer when it arrived. I phoned 1st years and the advisor I spoke to acknowledged the mistake on the website and she said she would issue me store credit for the amount of the product. That was one week ago and I have never received the credit or any follow up email. Very very disappointed customer and I have bought so much over the years from the company but never again I think.”
