“This is a beautiful product yet the pictures are misleading re: the text. When it asked you to personalise with ‘name’ it is not clear that the addition words ‘the’ and ‘family’ are not included. Yes, it specifies this deep down in the product description, but it should be more obvious and not require further reading into the small print. If the pictures showed different personalisation examples, or it was clear AT the box where you add personalisation, I wouldn’t be left disappointed with the end product for something which should be hung proudly every Christmas.
It’s more disappointing that I suggested many solutions, including paying for return and additional words (for which there is ample space), or purchasing the letters myself, but no solution could be found. It’s a shame that these requests cannot be accommodated. Overall disappointed and this has put a dark cloud over the entire website / company.
