“The doll itself is absolutely lovely, but I’m highly disappointed as it arrived in a ripped box with a bent wing that cannot be fixed (delivery box was in perfect condition btw so no blame to couriers). Unfortunately, I was only offered partial “store credit” which again was disappointing. Thankful for PayPal taking over and partially refunding me as this company should have done.”
