“The items look fine but the gift box was damaged and the there was the mess from the cardboard all over the personalised items which isn’t good taking into account the money which was spent! I messaged on instagram a while ago and had no reply!”

“I purchased the blue car personalised push along activity walker for my grandson’s 1st birthday. The wood is of good quality, however it came with a bag full of screws and no instructions..Also if you want to personalise this item, then think twice. It is purely some stick on black stickers which you can purchase for under a £1 in card shops. Here it will set you back £10 extra!! I thought it may have been engraved or painted on , so extremely disappointed with that aspect. Also the box it came in wasn’t the usual nice box that 1st years usually use. All in all a bit disappointed with this purchase .”
