I ordered a small chair and a clock for my godchildren; however, the parcel was returned by the delivery courier because it was too large. I contacted the WhatsApp support team and they were incredibly helpful. They immediately explained what had gone wrong, resent my order with free next-day delivery, and ensured all of my personalisations were completed correctly. I’m so happy to have such beautiful gifts ready for Christmas. I’ve ordered from this company before, but after the outstanding customer service I received this time, I’ve been telling everyone it’s the go-to shop for children’s gifts. I will definitely be ordering again!

I still haven’t received this! So not sure why you ask me to write a review. It’s not going to be a good one. Maybe change a delivery company as Evri apparently tried to deliver the chair once but I was at home that time and I’ve got a ring camera so I can see no one was here! It’s ashamed as this is not my first purchase with your company and the items I ordered in the past were lovely. Hopefully this will be as well when I finally receive it.

This is a Xmas present for my granddaughter so is all wrapped up! It looks superb and I am sure she will love it. It was delivered much earlier than said on web site. Was delighted.
