“The bean bag chair was lovely however it arrived in a poor state with damp marks on it. The box was very badly damaged and felt very damp. I was told to return it but the box was too damaged I asked for compensation and I would get it cleaned, I was offerd twenty pounds but have not agreed to it yet. Iam busy with my husbands daily hospital treatments so not able to do so as yet. The reason for shopping on line for christmas. I have bougt a few things with you and all been excellent. I love the chair is gorgeous but have to get the stains out of it thought twenty pounds credit was not good. Will be in touch soon. thanks.”
