“The product itself was amazing great wooden toy and made all that much special being personalised
Unfortunately the delivery and customer service wasn’t great … parcel delivered to wrong address on informing the company they wanted me to report it to the police and get a crime number before they would investigate it further .
I spent days driving around where I lived to find the property that was photographed & given as proof of delivery”
