“Clock is really beautiful! However, being advertised as suitable for 12 months plus, the puzzle pieces are tiny and not at all suitable for our almost 12 month old who continues to put everything in her mouth! Disappointed that I need to store it away for a few months until it can be safely used with our supervision.”

“The first clock I received had a noticeable blemish on the clock face. The initial response from you was that blemishes occur in the wood! This was not acceptable, it looked more like a mark than a blemish in the wood. I had to insist that the clock be replaced.”
