“Item is very dark compared to the picture, when I inquired about a refund they said I couldn’t have one. Then said all I could have would be a store credit and would have to pay return myself. I don’t particularly want anything else so I’m now stuck with a doll that won’t be used as it doesn’t look like my baby and I wanted it for her birth keepsake doll.”
