“Received the item damaged in multiple areas, I emailed and received replacement parts sent only wrapped in bubble wrap and tape which were then damaged again due to poor packaging. Isn’t great considering how much you pay for these personalised items and I’m also unable to build this and give it to my daughter on her birthday now because of the delayed response time.”
